These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking it out goes to the courts of Istanbul (Beyoğlu) — those are the exclusive venue.

If you're in the EU, EU consumer protection law still applies to your rights as a consumer, and nothing in these terms removes them.

11 — ChangesChanges to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "effective date" at the top will change, and material updates will be announced via a homepage banner for 30 days. Continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
