You may quote up to 75 words from any article, in any context, with attribution and a link back to the source page. Longer excerpts require written permission — request it via the contact page.

Many outbound links on tuto.digital are affiliate links. We earn a commission when you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Commissions do not influence editorial recommendations. We pay full retail price for every product we review, regardless of affiliate relationship.
If you subscribe to our email list (deal digest / newsletter), you consent to receive those emails — confirmed via double opt-in, exactly as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email; your address is then purged within 30 days. We may change or discontinue the newsletter at any time. These emails may contain affiliate links under the same terms as the rest of the site — see our Affiliate Disclosure.
Our reviews are the honest opinion of the named author, based on direct testing of the product or service. Scores and rankings reflect our methodology (see methodology) as of the date of publication; products change, and so may our opinions.

tuto.digital links to and recommends third-party services (hosts, VPNs, AI tools, etc.). We do not control these services and are not responsible for:
Read the third party’s own terms before signing up.
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We don’t warrant that:
We try our best, but we’re a small team, and the products we cover change all the time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tuto.digital and its team are not liable for:
This applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise) and even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If our recommendation costs you money, we’re not on the hook for it. You make purchase decisions; we just share opinions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by talking it out goes to the courts of the TRNC — those are the exclusive venue.
If you’re in the EU, EU consumer protection law still applies to your rights as a consumer, and nothing in these terms removes them.
We may update these terms occasionally. The “effective date” at the top will change, and material updates will be announced via a homepage banner for 30 days. Continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

These terms apply when you use Tuto’s deployment tools (“Tuto Apps”), including Tuto VPN, in addition to the general terms above.
1. What Tuto Apps are — and are not.
Tuto Apps are setup and management tools. They automate the creation and configuration of software (such as a VPN server) on infrastructure you own and pay for — typically a server in your own cloud provider account. Tuto is not a VPN service, not a hosting provider, not a reseller of cloud infrastructure, and not a party to your contract with your cloud provider. We provide the installer and the dashboard; the server, the traffic, and the bills are yours.
2. Your responsibilities. You are solely responsible for:
3. Assumption of risk — no liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tuto Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or uninterrupted operation. By using Tuto Apps you accept that, to that same maximum extent, Tuto and its operators are not liable for any damage, loss or claim arising from your use of them, including but not limited to:
If a court finds that liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid Tuto in the 12 months before the claim (which, on the free tier, is zero).
4. No refunds; try before you buy.
Paid plans come with no refunds. The free tier is a full, working product — use it as long as you like before deciding to upgrade. Payments to your cloud provider are entirely separate and governed by their refund policy, not ours.
5. Acceptable use.
Don’t use Tuto Apps to break the law, attack networks, or violate your cloud provider’s terms of service. If your provider suspends you for abuse, that is between you and them.
6. Indemnity.
If a third party brings a claim against Tuto arising from your use of your server (e.g. abuse complaints, copyright claims about your traffic), you agree to indemnify and hold Tuto harmless — it’s your server and your conduct.
